4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

4.1 Subscription Fees

StarCy may offer subscription plans at various price points (e.g., a monthly fee of \$9). When you subscribe, you agree to pay the applicable fees in accordance with the plan you select.

4.2 No Refunds

All fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any partial subscription periods or unused Services.

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All content, features, and functionality within StarCy—including but not limited to AI models, text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned or licensed by our company or our technology partners (such as Hume AI). Your use of the Services does not grant you any rights to these intellectual properties.

5.2 User Content

Any information or data (including chat messages) you provide while using the Services remains yours, subject to the license granted to us under Section 6.2 (Data Use for Improvement). You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use and share any content you submit.
